Great location with easy access to public transport.

I was frustrated with the lack of staff presence. I waited way too long just to check in. My room felt cramped, and I can't believe there were only two towels. The shower design was terrible, flooding the bathroom every time I used it.

Navigating to T.O. Hotel was a bit tricky at first, but the location turned out to be excellent. Right next to McDonald's, Watsons, and a shopping mall, it made everything very accessible. I took advantage of the free luggage service before check-in, which was super convenient. Enjoyed the complimentary snacks and hot beverages available, a nice touch after a long day. The Standard Double Room I stayed in was cozy, but quite small, and it lacked a refrigerator, which would have been helpful. There were minor issues like the shower wand not being very user-friendly and the curtains didn't block out enough light, so I recommend bringing a sleep mask for light-sensitive guests. The sound insulation was good, though, so that was a plus. The staff were kind, and one receptionist really stood out. she was incredibly helpful with local recommendations. Wi-Fi connection in the room was spotty, which was frustrating at times, especially when I wanted to unwind with Netflix. Overall, solid stay with a few areas for improvement.

The location is fantastic, just a hop

from the MRT exits and close to shopping areas like Mitsukoshi. The room was clean and larger than expected, although the lack of a wardrobe was noticeable. I appreciated the daily towel and sheet changes, even though some showed signs of fraying.

I greatly appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of my room, as well as the helpful and friendly staff. The hotel's location was outstanding, as it was just a short walk from Taipei Main Station and local dining options like the lovely nearby night markets.

Great location near multiple MRT stations and delicious food options! The staff was courteous, and the luggage hold service was efficient. Plus, the addition of YouTube and Netflix to the TV made my stay more enjoyable! 😊

The room had a lingering cigarette smell at first. Also, it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room instead of just a communal option.
